The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Medical Marketing Specialist (m/f/x)* for Austria within the Medical Surgical (MedSurg) Division at Solventum, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and increasing market penetration. Your key responsibilities will include leveraging our solutions to engage both existing and potential customers. Collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Western Europe (WE) Marketing Manager, WE Portfolio Marketers, Country Sales Manager, and the local Sales & Clinical teams, will be essential to your success. Y ou will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Campaign implementation : Localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Austrian market. Demand generation : Lead efforts to generate qualified leads, develop local communication strategies, and manage participation in relevant events and congresses. Marketing planning : Contribute to the marketing planning process and take ownership of the annual marketing activity calendar for Austria. Market insights: Continuously monitor and gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies. Budget Management : Oversee and track the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various internal departments, including marketing, sales and clinical teams to align on objectives with overall business goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives. Your Skills and Expertise To succeed in this role, Solventum seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. Profound experience in a product management or country marketing role within the healthcare industry. In-depth knowledge of the Austrian healthcare system. Proven expertise in marketing planning, product launches, and the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Strong organizational and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to cultivate effective relationships across teams. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Fluency in both English and German. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Affinity with digital marketing strategy and techniques Working experience in both hospital and out of hospital markets (e.g. home care providers, pharmacies, general practitioners) Work location: Hybrid eligible, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence required at the Vienna office (2 days per week). Travel: The role may involve up to 25% domestic travel, with occasional international travel as needed.
