Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Data Ownership & Accuracy
  • Own data cleanliness and accuracy inside HubSpot across the entire sales pipeline

  • Ensure all workflows, automations, and data structures are functioning correctly
  • Continuously monitor for errors, inconsistencies, and breakdowns
  • Escalate issues quickly and proactively
  • Our Requirements Are Pretty Straightforward. To Qualify You Must:
  • 2+ years experience managing a company's HubSpot instance for Sales
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and funnel stages
  • Proven experience building workflows and automations
  • Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
  • High level of proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, data handling)
  • Ability to work independently and execute without constant direction
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours consistently
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
