Responsibilities

  • Market & Customer Insight
  • Develop deep understanding of hedge fund and asset management operating models, strategies, and buyer personas
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, win/loss insights, and market trends
  • Influence product priorities by representing validated market needs back to Product Management
  • WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles in fintech, capital markets
  • Direct experience with OMS, PMS, or front-to-middle office investment platforms
  • Strong understanding of hedge fund and asset manager workflows, including trading, portfolio management, and operations
  • Proven ability to translate complex, real-time platforms into compelling market narratives
  • Strong competitive instincts and executive communication skills
  • BA/BS required

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Clearwater's Hedge Fund and Asset Management segment, with a primary focus on our Order Management and Portfolio Management (OMS/PMS) platform. This role is responsible for positioning, differentiating, and bringing to market Clearwater's OMS and PMS capabilities for hedge funds and asset managers across strategies and asset classes. You will translate sophisticated front-to-middle office workflows into clear, compelling value propositions for portfolio managers, traders , and operations leaders . You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Services, and the broader Marketing team to drive adoption, pipeline, and competitive wins-while serving as the voice of the hedge fund and asset management market back into product strategy.
