What we're looking for is someone to bring an extra layer of senior technical leadership - someone who raises the bar on architecture, quality, and ways of working. You'll be primarily focused on backend and cloud engineering with .NET , though there's room to go full stack if your interests take you there. Do you have what it takes? We think you'll thrive here if you bring: Deep experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases , including transaction management Cloud-native development with CI/CD and DevOps - ideally on AWS Strong security fundamentals for web-based solutions, including OAuth 2.0 Experience with data analytics, observability tooling, and production monitoring Understanding of Domain-Driven Design and loosely coupled systems A collaborative, communicative mindset - you partner across teams and continuously improve agile practices Curiosity about AI - with ideas on how it can be leveraged in engineering work and processes.
