Requirements
- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
- You've built a company's written voice from scratch, and you can point to the body of work.
- You write with enough clarity and precision that editors have little to do and executives trust you to speak for them.
- You've ghostwritten bylines, op-eds, or investor communications for senior leaders at the level where stakes are real, not practice.
- You've shaped how a technical company explains itself to non-technical audiences without dumbing it down.
- You set editorial standards and hold the line on them, even when the ask is "just get something out."
- You make calls about what to publish and what to kill, and you're right more often than not.
- We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

About Fluidstack We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it. We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply! How We Operate High ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done. Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible. First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins. Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward. The Communications Team Examples of key problems the team is working on Make a deeply technical company impossible to ignore. Fluidstack is building data centers and deploying supercomputers faster than anyone, for the people building frontier AI. Turn that into a brand and a narrative the best engineers, operators, and investors actually pay attention to. Earn credibility with the most skeptical audience there is. The people who matter here can smell marketing from a mile away. Win them with technical content sharp enough that engineers respect it and decision-makers act on it. Build the brand from zero, at the speed the company moves. No legacy, no playbook, no big team. Stand up the voice, the content engine, and the presence from scratch, and make them compound as Fluidstack scales. Role Scope Own all written output published under the Fluidstack name: blog posts, executive bylines, investor letters, product announcements, and anything else that goes to market. Translate complex infrastructure and AI concepts into clear, precise prose that lands with customers, investors, and technical audiences without losing accuracy. Work directly with leadership to develop their individual voices, shaping how the CEO, CBO, and COO communicate in writing across external channels. Build and maintain the editorial calendar, making deliberate decisions about what we publish, when, and why based on coverage goals and company milestones.
