Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing required.
Doctorate in Nursing, or other related areas, required.
Must hold a current or be eligible for an unencumbered license to practice nursing in Maryland, Washington, DC, or a compact state.
Must have expertise in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
A strong, demonstrated record of clinical expertise, experience with assessment and evaluation of student learning outcomes is required.
Expertise in primary care throughout the lifespan is required.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with didactic experience in the main area of teaching at the collegiate level.
Experience with total program evaluation and accreditation preferred.
Evidence of an active record of scholarship and service at the program, department and university levels preferred.
