Core Responsibilities Ensure that all products, processes, practices, and documents within the area of responsibility comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, CCC, FSC, and LEGO Group standards, including GCIR practices. Promote a quality culture and raise awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization; drive the quality team to actively participate in quality forums and related activities, and lead the resolution of quality issues. Embed a Product Safety mindset and knowledge across the organization, and ensure that product safety issues are handled effectively using appropriate methods and tools. Own the quality training and qualification system, as well as the Accountability, Roles & Responsibilities (AR&R) framework for quality-related teams, to build and sustain quality competencies and performance at LMV. Be accountable for laboratory services and performance in accordance with ISO17025 and LEGO Group corporate standards. Build and maintain a live quality risk assessment database, and translate findings into an updated quality control plan and continuous improvement roadmap. Ensure that all nonconformances are appropriately quarantined and resolved in a timely manner, in accordance with government regulations and corporate procedures. Secure plant quality KPI performance in alignment with global targets, and define improvement areas based on thorough quality data analysis. Drive continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility, proactively applying CI tools, problem-solving methodologies, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) wherever applicable. Lead team performance management and development; plan and arrange team coverage to ensure consistent quality service delivery, particularly during peak production seasons. Share and adapt best practices across LMV functions and with other sites within the LEGO Group. Collaborate with the EHS function on daily operations and other assigned tasks. Exercise authority to stop production or machinery immediately upon identification of a critical safety or quality risk. Education A Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Moulding Technology, Industrial Management, or Systems Engineering is preferred. Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), are an advantage. Must-Have Qualifications A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a quality management and people leadership role within a multinational company. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Risk Assessment and FMEA, with the ability to independently train and facilitate FMEA sessions. Practical experience and a proven track record in applying problem-solving and quality improvement methodologies, including DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, SPC, and SGA/QC.
