Family Networks Director

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Family Networks operations
• Supervise, coach, and develop program staff
• Manage relationships with DCF, community providers, schools, and state agencies
• Lead quality improvement and performance management initiatives
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures
• Oversee referral and utilization review processes
• Facilitate trainings, meetings, and stakeholder forums
• Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Clinical licensure preferred
• Minimum 3 years of child welfare, family services, or clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience working within DCF or child welfare systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Schedule:
• 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• Annual Salary
• $65,000 - $75,000 USD

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with child welfare experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting children and families through collaborative, community-based services.
