This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical, latency-sensitive codebases where every nanosecond counts while contributing to systems that operate at global scale and handle massive throughput. These opportunities are based in Singapore, Hong Kong and London. Strong experience with Rust in production Background in high-performance systems, ideally in trading, crypto exchanges, HFT, DeFi infrastructure, or real-time systems Deep understanding of systems programming concepts: Experience optimising codepaths for l atency, throughput, and efficiency Other desired skills Experience with C#, C++, or other systems-level languages Knowledge of exchange connectivity, market microstructure, or crypto market mechanics Exposure to FPGA, kernel bypass (DPDK, RDMA), or specialised networking stacks For the right candidate Highly competitive compensation packages Opportunities to work on global, real-time trading systems Greenfield Rust development across HFT, crypto, and next-generation markets Full relocation support and visa sponsorship for candidates at all levels
