What you'll be working on Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll lead lifecycle engagement across our key white-label and banking partners, helping to shape customer communications that drive onboarding, activation, migration and retention. You'll build and optimise automated journeys in Braze, manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate campaigns and approvals, and use customer insights to improve engagement and platform adoption. Working closely with Product Marketing, Data, Compliance and Performance teams, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless customer experiences and supporting the growth of our strategic partnerships. What will help you be successful? You're equally comfortable using data to guide decisions as you are collaborating with partners to improve customer experiences.
