Position Details: Candidate Experience & Communication Serve as the candidate's single point of contact throughout the Market Onboarding process. Manage all candidate communications to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and a positive experience. Educate candidates on accessing systems and uploading required documents within the onboarding process. Recruitment Partnership & Collaboration Collaborate with recruitment leadership to navigate market needs, compliance requirements, pay rates, and onboarding timelines. Notify recruitment when candidates are fully compliant and ready to schedule. Candidate Intake & Prequalification Review daily Job Interests to identify and prequalify new candidates. Conduct intake calls and screen candidates for eligibility, experience, and onboarding readiness. Align qualified candidates with appropriate market opportunities. Onboarding Management & Compliance Conduct and track the onboarding process for all candidates to ensure timely completion. Partner with Quality Assurance Partners (QAP) to verify all compliance requirements-client, state, and Favorite standards-are met prior to hire or clearance.
