This is an individual contributor role focused on driving end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, partnering closely with business leaders and People & Culture peers to deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder relationship skills, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunity. Ideal candidates will be able to: End-to-End Recruiting Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across consulting and corporate functions. Work on high-priority and time-sensitive open positions across the APAC region Execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines aligned with Spaulding Ridge's values and growth priorities Stakeholder Partnership Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across APAC practices and corporate functions to understand role requirements and advise on market realities Serve as a knowledgeable partner on talent trends, candidate availability, and competitive landscape within the region Collaborate with North America counterparts and People & Culture peers to align regional execution with global TA standards and programs Process & Operations Maintain accurate and timely updates in Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and recruiter accountability Support tracking of key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health) to enable data-informed decision-making Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction Employer Brand & DEI Represent Spaulding Ridge's employer brand in all candidate interactions, positioning the firm as a great place to work across APAC markets Apply inclusive sourcing and assessment practices that support our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion commitments and foster a diverse workforce Onboarding Coordination Coordinate closely with IT and HR to ensure smooth onboarding handoff for new hires, supporting a seamless pre-boarding experience
