AI Agent Engineer Intern (Portuguese Speaking)

About the role

The Role We are looking for a structured, hands-on AI Agent Engineer Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects. You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery , playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes. What you'll do: Ensure operational projects are delivered on time by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks across teams Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Act as a client-facing point of contact for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer-facing) Support the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8n Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling What we're looking for: Final-year Master's student (engineering or equivalent) looking for a hands-on operational role Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams Knowledge of SQL, Python , and workflow automation ( n8n , ActivePieces , Make ) Fluent in English and Portuguese Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation What we offer A 6-month paid internship with direct impact on daily operations Hybrid work setup with a minimum of 4 days/week in our Paris office High ownership and autonomy Diverse, international team across Europe Exposure to cutting-edge AI, voice, and enterprise deployments Fast-paced environment with strong learning curve 25 days holiday + public holidays
