Lasko Products is currently seeking experienced and motivated Molding Process Technicians to join our Manufacturing Team in Franklin, Tennessee. This position is responsible for supporting injection molding operations through machine setup, troubleshooting, process improvements, and quality control to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime. Location 300 Confederate Drive, Franklin, TN 37064 Available Shifts 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs. Essential Responsibilities Set up, start up, troubleshoot, and monitor injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Make machine adjustments, including injection pressure and cycle time modifications, to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Troubleshoot molding and process-related issues. Inspect products for dimensional and surface defects. Support mold changes and ensure proper startup procedures. Monitor production systems for machine stoppages, downtime, cycle deviations, and mold changes. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for quality and production issues. Record scrap and production data accurately in the monitoring system. Communicate process, quality, and safety concerns to supervisors and incoming shifts. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to minimize downtime and improve performance. Occasionally support department leadership in the absence of the supervisor.
