JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate an exceptional patient care experience by ensuring and assisting patient flow within the office, attending to needs of patients, their families and medical staff Prepare patient for physician visit: Obtain and document appropriate vital signs and health history information in Electronic Health Record (Allscripts). Assist patients with any paperwork necessary for the visit. Clinical duties: Check vital signs, Medication administration. Assist with follow up calls to families regarding visits/procedures. Documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting. Patient triage: Telephone and walk-in triage, Patient documentation and follow up. Assist with preparing clinical schedule. Additional Job Description: Graduate of an accredited RN program Current RN license in the State of Kentucky Minimum of 4 years clinical experience Must be ACLS Certified BLS through American Heart Association, required
