Lead cross-functional teams internally, developing compelling and innovative solution designs for global customers.
Develop and templatize persona-driven solution bundles (such as meeting space Personas), and educate partners on go-to-market strategies with customers.
Influence reference designs and establish standards with global partners across regions, driving awareness of solution design implications with local sales and technical teams.
Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration
Align proposed solutions with partner capabilities, and help partners build expertise to lead with Logitech's offerings.
Enable partners to transition from selling individual products to solution-based selling, increasing confidence across the global partner ecosystem.
Guide partners on API integration requirements, enriching partner and customer experience.
Pre-Sales & Bid Support
Own the pre-sales and RFI/RFP response journey for solutions, ensuring timely and standardized responses across varying partner sizes.
Establish customer journey frameworks and expectations for implementing solutions.
Guide Bill of Materials creation focused on value for customers, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Present technical architectural approaches, perform demos, and create documentation; drive successful Proof of Concept (POC) implementations.
Thought Leadership & Market Influence
Lead workshops and forums with sales teams and partner executives to drive improvements, share best practices, and foster preferential mindshare for Logitech.
Educate partners on Logitech's alliance ecosystem (Microsoft, Google, Zoom, etc.).
