Who we are looking for We are currently searching for CNC Machinists to join our team at our newly renovated plant in New Kensington, PA. As a CNC Machinist, you will be running state of the art CNC machines manufactured by DN solutions, DMG Mori, and Haas to help us serve customers in many industries including aerospace, defense, and medical. What you bring to the Team Experience in precision CNC machining of a variety of materials (i.e. metals, alloys, plastics, composites, etc.) Milling: 3-axis required, 3+2, 4-axis horizontal and 5-axis preferred Turning: Mill-turn experience preferred Apprenticeship or associate's degree preferred, but not required Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOM's and work instructions/aids Mathematical/Technical understanding of basic math, including algebra and geometry, decimals, fractions, measurements (and measuring tools), etc. What you get to do Perform CNC Operations, to include machine set-up, fixturing, tool building and running for turning and 3 and 5 axis vertical and horizontal milling capabilities Machines components to the prescribed tolerances based on information such as: provided drawings, BOM's, work instructions, and safety procedures Follows all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms Follows process routing document. Performs inspection(s) and legibly records results where required Performs daily preventative maintenance on equipment and cleans work area after each shift Tools and Platforms DMG Mori DMU-FD125 Duo-Block 5-axis mill/turn 12,000rpm spindle DN Solutions DVF-500 5-axis 18,000rpm spindle 120/90 pocket tool changer Haas UMC-750SS 5-axis 12,000rpm spindle 50 tool
