Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content and/or campaigns
- Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex messages
- Experience creating content across digital channels
- Experience supporting or delivering campaigns end-to-end
- High attention to detail and ability to get work live quickly and accurately
- Desirable
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
- Interest in testing, optimisation and performance

Marketing Specialist - Content & Campaigns Heartland Bank Australia | Melbourne | Full-time, Permanent Heartland Bank Australia is growing, and we're looking for a Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years' experience who enjoys building content and bringing campaigns to life. This is a hands-on role sitting within our Brand and Marketing team, focused on creating content, executing campaigns and delivering CRM activity that actually goes live. You'll be responsible for turning strategy into clear, compelling and compliant marketing that drives customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
