About the role

The Senior Advisor will provide essential support for our Insights and Advisory function, which includes developing and managing both proprietary and custom client research projects, as well as supporting branded content. A key focus of this role is supporting the execution of bespoke research and strategy briefs, managing branded content outputs (e.g. sponsored whitepapers) and leading the creation of our flagship research, including multi-market mixed methodology research studies across fashion, beauty and hard luxury (watches and jewellery). This requires strong market research, data analysis and project management skills. Experience with survey design and building indices is desirable but not essential for this role. What's key is someone who possesses advanced excel skills, can scrape and synthesise data using digital tools and is comfortable analysing different types of data. This role will be a fantastic step up if you have previous experience at an established market research, strategy or consulting firm, either as an analyst, research manager or market research consultant. Good written English is also required as the Senior Advisor will not only be leading on some of our written reports but additionally be liaising with multiple stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and freelancers. As you develop, you will also have opportunities to boost your public profile with speaking engagements, by taking part in presentations and events. This role reports into the Head of Custom Insights and Advisory and you will also work closely with a highly experienced and dynamic team, who gather in person at the Condé Nast offices at Embankment 4 days a week and enjoy working from home on Fridays. To be responsible for the day-to-day project management of Vogue Business research projects, including co-ordinating data collection, survey design and execution, updating rankings (training provided) and identifying storylines and trends for reports.
