Manage day-to-day servicing transfer activity for CMBS and CLO portfolios, including transfers into Special Servicing and returns to the Master Servicer.
Facilitate the boarding of new loan originations from the High Yield Team by coordinating with internal teams and the Master Servicer.
Generate and distribute the Monthly Modification Tracker Report on a recurring basis.
Process funding and disbursement requests in accordance with loan documents and servicing requirements.
Process monthly loan payment applications accurately and timely.
Assist Asset Managers and Analysts with general loan servicing inquiries.
Assist with ad hoc requests as assigned by the VP of Loan Servicing.
SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, underwriting, loan servicing, or a related field. Working knowledge of loan documents and the workout process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey information effectively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
