Requirements
5+ years of sales leadership experience; medical device preferred.
Strong knowledge in the acute care setting selling Medical Device/Products, Services or Solutions.
Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to manage diverse personalities/skill sets in a changing environment. Ability to attract, develop, and retain outstanding diverse talent.
Strong sales execution mindset and ability to assemble and manage customer deals. Track record of achieving results and effectively managing through ambiguity and uncertainty.
Strong planning, forecasting, financial and negotiation skills.
Executive presence, solid presentation and communication capabilities.
Ability to travel 50% domestically, booking travel according to Cardinal Health's travel policy.
