Skills You Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline 10+ years in project/program management, with experience in complex enterprise environments Demonstrated leadership in organizational change, governance, and business transformation Strategy Execution - Operationalizing strategic goals through integrated program delivery. Cross-Portfolio Execution - Managing dependencies and synergies across multiple programs or portfolios. Bonus : This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
