Monitoring program budget and track performance against value and benefit realization. Ensuring all financial trackers are current and reflect accurate accruals, actuals and forecasts. Partnering with Portfolio Managers to support enterprise prioritization and governance. Contributing to PMO practice evolution and driving continuous improvement efforts. Managing program budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships. Skills You Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline 10+ years in project/program management, with experience in complex enterprise environments Demonstrated leadership in organizational change, governance, and business transformation Strategy Execution - Operationalizing strategic goals through integrated program delivery. Cross-Portfolio Execution - Managing dependencies and synergies across multiple programs or portfolios. Advanced Benefits Realization - Measuring and optimizing business value across strategic initiatives. Risk & Issue Governance Implementing controls for escalated risks and high-impact issues. Executive Stakeholder Management - Engaging with senior leaders to influence direction and gain alignment. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. Bonus : This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
