Principle Duties & Responsibilities Supervises recording engineers, recording assistant and dubbing production coordinators Collect s and negotiate s costs for local projects , issue s POs and approve s invoices Performs project cost analysis and determines ways in which to lower cost and/or improve direct margin Reviews production schedule and estimate s work hours needed for completion of job assignments Establish es or adjust s work procedures to meet production schedules Communicate s and execute s schedule needs by coordinating resources accordingly, including but not limited to directors, talent, engineers, rooms and third-party resources (engineers and/or studios) Track s key milestones to ensure smooth production and communicate s any changes to Client Operations Revise s schedule according to client requests, production needs, established priorities, and availability or capability of staff or equipment Recommend s measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product, if needed Tracks and organize s production elements such as, but not limited to, scripts and approvals Ensure s assignment of rights agreements are executed by all creative resources for all local projects Verifies s pecial production instructions have been followed by all parties Analyze s and resolve s work problems or assist s others in solving work problems when needed Confer s with related department s to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes which might impact efficiency and /or the quality of production Perform s general administration duties as needed Perform s o ther related duties as assigned Salary $75,000-$80,000
