Responsibilities
- OAF Development & Enhancements
- Design, develop, and maintain OAF pages, extensions, and controller logic, aligned to technical requirements and functional design documents.
- Build customizations within Oracle EBS using Java, OA Framework components, personalization, and page customizations. Technical Delivery & Support
- Support analysis and troubleshooting of OAF related defects, page behavior issues, and configuration gaps across environments.

- Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) where they intersect with OAF UI components.
- Ensure OAF components interact correctly with PL/SQL packages, APIs, and EBS modules. Quality, Documentation & Compliance
- Produce technical design documents, user interface specifications, and test evidence following AFS and DoD client standards.
- Follow secure coding practices and contribute to code reviews and quality assurance tasks.
- Here's What You Need:
- 4+ years of hands on experience developing in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and core modules (e.g., PO, AP, AR, GL, HR).
- Proficiency with Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and OA Framework MVC components.
- 4+ years' experience working in Agile environments supporting iterative delivery.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot OAF related issues across multiple environments.
- Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience supporting large federal, DoD, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, or APEX reporting solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.
