This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. The Multi Mission Program Manager position at Blue Origin offers an outstanding opportunity to directly impact the history of space exploration! You will drive execution across manufacturing and operations programs within a high-velocity aerospace production environment, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the complete delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams. Translate operational strategy into executable plans with clear achievements, owners, and dependencies. Drive schedule integrity by identifying risks, resolving constraints, and ensuring alignment across all collaborators. Collaborate with Work Center Leaders, Engineering, and Program teams to handle both baseline demand and emergent work. Establish and maintain mechanisms for tracking progress, risks, and performance (schedule, cost, efficiency). Facilitate decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights to leadership. Own communication rhythm (tier meetings, executive updates, cross-functional syncs). Drive accountability across teams through structured follow-up and addressing blocking issues when needed. Support CapEx planning and operational readiness initiatives tied to production scaling. Lead change management efforts to integrate new processes, tools, or program requirements. Core Capabilities: Strong execution bias in complex, ambiguous environments. Ability to influence without authority across multiple orgs. Experience managing high-velocity production or integration environments.
