Capital & Cash Mastery: Manage a leveraged balance sheet with a focus on optimized cash flow, managing the CAPEX requirements of clean-tech infrastructure, and ensuring debt compliance. Operational Excellence: Implement scalable financial controls and KPIs that provide clarity on margins and project returns as the business expands its footprint. Exit Readiness: Oversee the preparation for a successful exit, ensuring the "sustainability equity story" is supported by high-quality data and rigorous financial due diligence.
