Senior / Lead IFS Projects Consultant (IGT1)

About the role

We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Projects Consultant to lead the implementation and support of project management and project accounting processes in IFS Cloud. You will own the Projects workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design
• Configure modules:
• o Project Planning & Structure (WBS)
• o Project Budgeting & Forecasting
• o Resource Planning
• o Project Costing & Revenue Recognition
• o Time & Expense Management
• Align project accounting with Finance (GL, costing, revenue)
• Support project data migration and validation
• Drive Project-to-Cash lifecycle optimization
• Support integrations (Finance, Procurement, HR/Resource Management)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement post Go-Live
• Engage stakeholders across PMO, Finance, and Operations
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years ERP Projects / Project Accounting consulting experience
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong understanding of:
• o Project lifecycle (initiation → execution → closure)
• o Project costing, billing, and revenue recognition
• Experience in data migration, UAT, and Go-Live support
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Relevant IFS certifications preferred
