Job Summary
The 3PL Manager - Premium Beauty & E‑Commerce ensures that inventory is accurately managed and distributed in a compliant, timely, and efficient manner in support of a high‑ end luxury cosmetics business. This role supports a fast ‑ paced e ‑ commerce operating model, with a high volume of small ‑ parcel B2C shipments alongside B2B customer fulfillment, where execution quality directly impacts brand perception and customer experience.
Primary areas of focus include monitoring, reporting, and improving 3PL performance through key operational metrics, service ‑ level governance, and strong supplier relationship management. The role works closely with 3PL leadership, operations teams, and internal cross ‑ functional partners to drive continuous improvement across distribution activities, including but not limited to dock ‑ to ‑ stock, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, returns processing, and OTIF performance.
