Manage the day-to-day execution of all social media campaigns, including coordinating with agency partners on paid content delivery and scheduling.
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions and cultural moments.
Collaborate with in-house creative and agency partners to develop low-fi and agile content for all social media platforms (including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
Capture and edit low-fi social-first photo and video content when required to support real-time and agile content across platforms.
Support the execution of creator and influencer campaigns, including coordination, briefing, content approvals and performance tracking.
Monitor performance across social media channels, analyze campaign metrics and prepare regular reports with recommendations for optimization (including A/B testing and influencer strategy insights).
Manage day-to-day community management across all social platforms, including engaging with followers, responding to comments and direct messages, and monitoring brand sentiment.
Stay informed on emerging social media trends, creator content styles and platform updates to identify opportunities for the brand to participate in relevant conversations.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment focused on creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in social media marketing, preferably in retail, convenience or QSR industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns that have driven engagement and follower growth.
Experience in influencer management and community management is an asset.
Proficiency with monitoring and reporting on social media performance metrics.
Cooperative and collaborative attitude with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
Ability to solve problems both independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $56,000 - $70,000 CAD annually
Pay: $26.92 - $35.90 Hourly
