Position Summary
The Claims Analyst supports the resolution of ATM-related claims arising from discrepancies during the settlement process. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to determine root cause, financial impact , and liability in accordance with contractual obligations between NCR Atleos and its customers.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong accountability, a commitment to high-quality outcomes, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cost control, process improvement, and strategic insights.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Review ATM receipts, CIT (Cash-in-Transit) documentation, and processor data to validate and reconcile claims losses.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems to determine liability and root cause.
Communicate effectively with customers, armored vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely manner .
Review and interpret responses from vendors and customers to determine whether claims are sufficiently resolved.
Recognize, analyze, and communicate trends within claims data to support strategic planning, loss prevention, and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide regular updates on open claims through to resolution, maintaining transparency and ownership.
Prepare reports and supporting documentation for management, including claims trackers and performance insights.
Track and reconcile claims payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Apply a cost-conscious mindset by identifying opportunities to minimize financial losses and improve efficiency in claims handling.
Take full accountability for assigned work, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established processes.
