You'll also work across a variety of commercial matters, reviewing and negotiating supplier, partner and customer agreements, and supporting tender and proposal processes. This will give you broad exposure to how legal supports operational delivery in a project‑based environment.
Requirements
Admitted to practice in Australia, with approximately 4-5 years' post‑qualification experience
Experience in commercial law, with exposure to drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
Strong understanding of contract principles and risk allocation in commercial agreements
Experience supporting contract management or contract administration across the contract lifecycle
Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to non‑legal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive and collaborative approach, with well‑developed communication skill
Exposure to engineering, construction, or project‑based environments (highly regarded but not essential)
