Sales Activities: - Ensure each stage of a sale is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment collection - Ensure sales compliance to overall financial procedures for all sales (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment) - Maintain and update status of customers with detail records - Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution - Create sales income report and progress from all channels of distribution - Provide confirmation letter and ensure distributed well to partners after get approval from Sales and marketing managers - Conduct visit to schools and prospective partners and get information of their needs - Assist Sales and marketing manager to create Standard Operational procedure in sales activity - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services - Distribute promotions through various media (e.g., direct mail, inserts in newspapers, Internet advertisements, in-store displays, product endorsements or other special events) Sales Coordination: - Conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customer (e.g., academic time period) - Search promotion activity opportunities in various school and industry - Conduct and follow up school canvassing process - Coordinate with other Units to support sales activities effectiveness - Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services) - Communicate sales effort with team members and other departments - Communicate with marketing team and participate in events or another promotion Research & Development: - Analyze sales achievement periodically - Provide input/solution to overcome unachieved sales target - Assist with ongoing market research and analysis - Suggest development activities to Sales and marketing manager to enhance sales target - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Continuously improve through feedback from existing customer Management Support Activities: - Provide Report to direct Supervisor - Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) - Perform activities related to Quality Management System - Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: - Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: - Minimum 2 years of working experience If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
