Intern - Commercial Legal

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing and summarizing NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts
• Maintain contract trackers
• Support clause library and template updates,
• Conduct legal research,
• Assist with procurement-related legal requests.
• Deliverables will include:
• Contract summaries
• Updated trackers and templates
• Legal research memoranda
• A final capstone presentation

Requirements

• Current 1st, 2nd or 3rd year law student
• Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 5 hours
• Compensations Range:
• The expected base salary range for this position is between
• $25.00 - $32.00 The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

Intern - Commercial Legal Lyten is looking for a Commercial Legal Intern to support the legal team with ongoing commercial contracting and contract management activities due to increased business and vendor agreement volume.
