A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CQM, ISO 9001, CSA standards) are advantageous.
3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in ICI, residential, industrial, or special projects.
Industrial experience and/or a nuclear background are considered strong assets.
Familiarity with construction trades, practices, and quality standards, including QA/QC methodologies.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced construction environment.
Proficiency in construction management software and the Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, depending on project requirements.

The Quality Control Coordinator - Civil will assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance and control processes across our construction projects. This individual will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry regulations, and company standards.
This role will be based out of Tiverton, Ontario.
What You Will Be Working On
Support the implementation and monitoring of the company's quality control program.
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, including ITPs and the Site‑Specific Quality Plan.
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Coordinate and perform inspections for civil works (earthworks, rebar, concrete, etc.).
Assist in identifying and addressing quality concerns, coordinating corrective actions with site teams.
Identify non‑conformances and follow through on corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and organize quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.
Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation such as MTRs, RFIs, NCRs, and Inspection Exhibits.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure quality expectations are met.
Coordinate with construction teams and client inspectors to resolve quality‑related issues.
Help coordinate quality audits and inspections conducted by internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Support internal and external audits to ensure full quality compliance.
Guide site personnel on quality control best practices and procedures.
Support lessons‑learned sessions at project close‑out to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.
Verify that materials comply with approved submittals and monitor work execution to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
Prepare and compile quality records for final project handover.
