Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department, including engineers, designers, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
  • 15+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, including leadership roles.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution systems (MV/LV), protection studies, and electrical design principles .
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects and engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Experience with transportation, industrial, or large facility projects.
  • Familiarity with software such as SKM, ETAP, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong background in specification development and construction support.

  • $156,456.65 - $178,807.60

STV is seeking an experienced Electrical Department Manager to lead and grow our electrical engineering group at our Douglassville PA office.
