About the role
The Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III is responsible for developing and/or supporting the establishment and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This role involves performing detailed analysis and preparing reports to ensure program leadership is provided with accurate and detailed analysis to facilitate decision making and that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. In this role, you will provide support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring it aligns with contractual requirements and program objectives. You will perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. Participating in the preparation of schedules for all contract work, you will assist in conducting critical path and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Staying aware of and incorporating contractual changes into the IMS, you will maintain realistic contract schedule baselines to support program success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather necessary information for schedule planning and utilize data analysis tools to perform detailed schedule analysis. Additionally, you will prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and maintaining transparency.
