Director, Global Supply Chain

About the role

We're seeking a Director, Global Supply Chain to lead and evolve the end-to-end supply chain strategy for a growing, purpose-driven medical device company. This leadership role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling supply chain capabilities that enable innovation, reliability, and sustainable growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this role blends strategic thinking with operational execution, including direct leadership of the Buyer and Senior Buyer team. The ideal candidate can translate business objectives into actionable supply chain strategies, build strong internal and external partnerships, and deliver measurable results across cost, service, quality, and risk. You'll work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the supply chain supports product innovation, regulatory requirements, and long-term organizational success.
