Build and maintain senior-level relationships with port authorities, marine terminal operators, and public-sector stakeholders
Lead business development efforts and position CIMA+ for upcoming port and marine infrastructure opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams across transportation, environment, energy, coastal engineering, and digital services
Support clients with integrated solutions including:
Ports and marine infrastructure
Coastal and climate-resilience planning
Environmental approvals and sustainability
Asset management and modernization initiatives
Represent CIMA+ at key industry events and forums
Contribute to long-term market strategy and growth across Canada
15+ years of experience in ports, marine, coastal, or transportation infrastructure
Proven success in senior client leadership, market development, or business growth roles
Consulting Engineering experience would be an asset
Strong understanding of port governance, marine infrastructure delivery, and regulatory environments
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including public agencies and Indigenous partners
Ability to connect technical expertise with client needs and strategic outcomes
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

CIMA+ is seeking a Ports & Marine Market Leader to help grow our presence across Canada's port, marine terminal, and coastal infrastructure markets. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, strategic growth, and complex infrastructure delivery.
You will work closely with port authorities, terminal operators, marine agencies, and Indigenous partners to align CIMA+'s multidisciplinary expertise with the evolving needs of Canada's marine gateways - from capital expansion and asset renewal to climate resilience, sustainability, and digital innovation.
The role can be based out of any of our 40 offices in Canada.
