Chief Operating Officer, Finance

Responsibilities

• We're looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong track record of running complex operations and delivering large‑scale transformation within a Financial Services environment.
• You'll also be able to demonstrate:
• Deep experience across Finance functions, ideally within Banking, including financial accounting, reporting, MI, planning and forecasting
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑disciplinary teams across multiple locations
• Strong expertise in operating‑model design, simplification and transformation delivery
• Well‑developed strategy‑to‑execution capability, including KPI/KR design and performance tracking
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, operational risk and three‑lines‑of‑defence frameworks
• Confidence operating in complex stakeholder environments and engaging at senior levels internally and externally
• A qualified accountant background is desirable, but not essential
