Own and manage the industrial CT scanning system, including capability development and technical oversight.
Develop and validate CT scanning methods and analytical procedures for various materials and component geometries.
Perform advanced CT imaging, reconstruction, and analysis to support failure analysis, dimensional verification, and product validation.
Interpret complex imaging data and translate results into clear engineering insights.
Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams on root cause investigations and technical problem solving.
Establish and maintain analytical laboratory metrics, supporting operational visibility and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement opportunities to expand analytical tools, techniques, and laboratory capabilities.
Provide technical guidance to analytical technicians and support best practices in CT imaging and analysis.
Communicate results effectively through technical reports and presentations.
Requirements
Experience with industrial CT scanning, X-ray inspection, NDI, NDT imaging, or advanced analytical equipment (radiology technician with levels I, II or III encouraged to apply).
Experience with 3D reconstruction software, image analysis tools, or metrology systems.
Background in failure analysis, materials characterization, or product evaluation is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex technical data.
