You are organised and disciplined in your approach to program delivery, with strong skills in planning, governance, risk management and dependency coordination. You understand how to balance pace, quality and risk, and are proactive in identifying issues and driving resolution. You are collaborative and pragmatic, building strong working relationships across teams and contributing to a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement. You take ownership of outcomes, support others to succeed and are motivated by delivering meaningful results that contribute to the success of the broader portfolio.
