Sales Target Management: Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new clients and deepen existing accounts, ensuring the achievement of annual sales quotas, collection rates, and gross profit targets.
Technical Sales Support: Conduct technical exchanges with clients (including design institutes, end-users, and OEMs) to resolve technical challenges encountered during product application.
OEM Management: Maintain strategic partnerships with OEMs, providing end-to-end support ranging from design selection to product supply.
After-sales Service Coordination: Collaborate with the after-sales team to facilitate on-site installation guidance and troubleshooting, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence Collection: Regularly gather market dynamics, pricing strategies, and product information on competitors, providing feedback to the company to optimize product lines and sales strategies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in the industry, including no less than 3 years in sales and marketing; OEM sales experience is preferred.
Management Experience: Experience in large project sales management is preferred.
Languages: Good English reading and writing skills (CET-4 or above); ability to read English technical materials and conduct basic email communication.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong customer service orientation; ability to adapt to frequent business travel.
