Technology & Equipment Focus - Owns QR/RFID asset master data within MFG/SharePoint systems, ensuring every equipment record is verified, validated, and lifecycle aligned. - Leads physical equipment audits (Fixed Assets) to confirm asset existence, configuration, serial numbers, manufacturer data, install dates, and condition via RFID - Partners with IT to configure and evolve systems supporting accurate equipment tracking, agentic AI workflows, and audit trails - including MFG 365 content for AI-enabled operations. - Ensures equipment data supports downstream processes including line speeds for production planning (EIT/EVO-On), and financial reporting. - Continuously improves asset visibility through technology enablement - barcoding, RFID, mobile tools- to support building a data-driven maintenance culture.
