Number of Openings: 1 The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Associate Pricing Analyst will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Ideal Candidates will be Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude Has experience using ERP systems Work well with others and be a team player Results-oriented Ability to meet strict deadlines Role Details Industry: Promotions Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient Salary Range: 43,000-50,000 Job Responsibilities Attention to detail Able to comprehend customer contract terms and conditions and correctly apply the appropriate price to the requested service. Responsiveness It is imperative that we are able to respond to pricing requests within 24 hours so that we are able to meet our customers' expectations. F or this role, the expectation will be a quicker turnaround as this role will be dedicated to handling pricing support requests . Pricing Accuracy Must be accurate in their assessment of the customer price based on the customer contract terms and specific service requiring pricing Tasks summary: Pricing Analyst will be working out of the Pricing Team's shared email box to handle all pricing BAU requests for both the Enterprise and REIT business units For each pricing request the pricing analyst handles , the pricing analyst will: Thoroughly review the pricing request and provide the requester with new pricing based on the customer account, current margin, service type, etc. Timely responses to each request to ensure that pricing is provided to address the customer's needs . Provide accurate pricing in accordance with the pricing support SOP document. Escalate potential issues and questions to a senior member of the pricing team Respond positively and have excellent communication with internal stakeholders. Provide updates to the pricing team during team meetings Additional Job Requirements Education: College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, and Business Administration, or any related field. Experience: 1-3 years of Financial or Pricing Analyst, or any related roles. Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets. Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Outlook.
