Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of Capital and O&M programs, aligning work with regional priorities and business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or financial field with 7+ years of project or operations experience in the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of project execution, cost management, regulatory requirements, and financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to direct teams and manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal collaborators, contractors, and third parties.
- Strong analytical, technical, and decision-making capabilities, with experience in risk analysis and problem-solving.
- Understanding of gas transmission or field operations, with the capability to manage operational priorities and changing demands.
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, resolve conflict, and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization.
