Who We Need You'll work closely with our Head of GTM and Business Development Manager to scale the sales pipeline and drive execution toward ambitious growth targets. As one of the first members of the GTM team, you'll have a key role in shaping our strategy, testing new approaches, and building the foundation for Rillet's long-term go-to-market success. We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance (or willing to relocate to) our SF Office. Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.
