Overall Project Delivery Accountability: Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs spanning infrastructure and data transformation workstreams. Ensure all milestones, quality gates, budget targets, and client expectations are met or exceeded.
Executive Governance & Steering Committee Management: Provide regular executive reporting to client steering committees and internal leadership. Present program health, risks, decisions, and performance metrics with clarity and transparency.
Delivery Assurance & Quality Control: Establish and maintain delivery assurance frameworks. Monitor program KPIs, enforce quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across all delivery teams.
Risk & Issue Escalation Management: Proactively identify, assess, and escalate program risks and issues. Lead issue resolution workshops and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery outcomes.
Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Management: Manage relationships with C-level clients, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate alignment on program scope, priorities, and trade-offs through clear, structured communication.
Commercial & Scope Control: Own contract management, SOW interpretation, and change control processes. Protect commercial margins while maintaining client satisfaction through transparent scope governance.
Financial Tracking & Budget Management: Maintain rigorous financial tracking across all cost centers. Monitor burn rate, forecast costs, manage contingencies, and ensure budget accountability at the program level.
Vendor Governance: Oversee third-party vendor performance, contracts, and SLAs. Ensure vendor contributions align with program schedule and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of IT program and project delivery experience
Minimum 8 years of hands-on delivery leadership in large-scale transformation programs, cloud migration initiatives, or managed delivery environments
Proven experience delivering programs with budgets of $5M+ spanning multiple geographic locations and/or organizational units
Expert-level competency in program governance frameworks, delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and risk management disciplines
Strong background in infrastructure modernization and/or cloud migration governance (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent platforms)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor and technology partner relationships
Excellent executive presence and communication skills; ability to present to C-level audiences
Track record of delivering programs on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
