National Planning & Performance Manager - Melbourne We are looking for an experienced National Planning & Performance Manager to join our Healthcare division based in Melbourne, VIC. The National Planning & Performance Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end planning and management for a portfolio of major national healthcare customers. Acting as the primary operational point of contact, this role bridges customer expectations with warehouse and transport operations to deliver safe, compliant, cost‑effective, and scalable logistics solutions. As the National Planning & Performance Manager, you will: Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned national healthcare customers. Oversee operational planning for assigned accounts, including volume forecasting and capacity planning. Develop, maintain, and present detailed performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs, service levels, cost drivers). Act as the key interface between customers and internal operations teams (warehouse, transport, planning). Contribute to national account strategy and long‑term operational planning. About you To be successful in the role, you will have: Proven experience in 3PL logistics operations or operational planning. Strong background in performance reporting, data analysis, and KPI management. Demonstrated ability to manage labour planning, cost control, and operational efficiency. Experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device customers. Exposure to national or multi‑site logistics operations. Experience with WMS, TMS, and reporting/BI tools.
