Tax Supervisor - Flowthrough

Requirements

• Education & Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license (or in progress) or EA certification required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in public accounting with a focus on flow-through taxation.
• Preferred experience in industries such as real estate, venture capital, private equity, crypto, or consumer goods.
• Prior experience from Big 4 or large regional firms is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership and S corporation taxation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and delegate effectively.
• Proficiency in tax research and planning strategies.

Our Flowthrough Tax Practice specializes in partnerships, LLCs, and S corporations across diverse industries such as real estate, venture capital, private equity, crypto, and consumer goods.
