Business Operations Engineer

About the role

The gap between understanding a business problem and shipping a solution to it has collapsed. Current tools make it possible for someone with strong operational instincts to build real, functional internal tools that change how a company operates. That's the profile we're hiring for. As Business Operations Engineer, you'll build the internal tools and automations that make Apera run more predictably as we scale. You'll tackle manual workflows, broken handoffs, tools that don't talk to each other in order to ship fixes that stick. Your work is measured not by what you launch, but by whether the team is still using and getting value from it months later. We expect you to ask questions, push back on requirements when something doesn't add up, and surface better framings of the problem.
